MARGARET C, QUINCY MA

I have used Marina Bay Taxi for 6 years to primarily get me to Logan for a 5am flight. Always on time and never had a problem. My driver was consistent in picking me up so i got to know him. He couldn’t help tease me for always getting early flights for him to be up so early! The last couple of times he really tried to convince me to take a little later flight . . . and so far it’s a no go.

The problem with what the taxis have is the state..”fees”..medallions..massport fees…eliminate them…level the playing field…it’s not right that taxi companies are over fee charged by the state…rideshare pays nothing…take away the fees..taxi fares come down..THEN they can compete..until then..it’s one sided.

Taxis were very cocky for years but I’d rather take a taxi from the air port than get robbed by Uber price gauging.

I have used this company twice now for early moing trips from Quincy to Logan, and both times they were prompt (at least 10 minutes early) and friendly. Price is reasonable, too!

I scheduled Yellow Cab for a 4:45am pickup to go to the airport. The driver arrived a few minutes early and was very nice and conversational throughout the ride.

OMAR R. ANN HARBOR ME

Used this company to travel from Quincy to downtown Boston on Dec 16th. I left my iphone 5S in the cab. Realized 20 minutes after the fact. Called the dispatch office, gave them my info and cab number. Within minutes the cab driver responded that he found the phone and retued it to their head office. I was able to pick it up a few hours later. Honest and reliable. Thank you driver of Cab # 32!

Some of my friends and I called Yellow Cab for us to go to dinner at Davio’s in Boston. Thankfully a van came to get us and we were able to get in Boston on time to meet other friends joining us. Tony our cab driver was quite talkative and nice. Gave us a few places we could go after our dinner and also offered to pick us up when we wanted to go home —and we did! Thank you Tony!
